I had a great day visiting the Bradford Farmers Market and the Groton Growers Market on Saturday. I was surprised to see a marked difference between the two markets. Bradford had a lot of people in town and very few supporting it's market while Groton had few people in town and a bustling market.
Our challenge is to inform our citizens of the value and benefit of a vibrant market and community involvement in their market. We hope that our website is a conduit for that information and that we are able to help community markets thrive.
