As a farmer and native Vermonter. I hear all this talk about the local food movement and food hub(s).
I have yet to have anyone be able to give me a clear definition. I suspect that there are many definitions....Can anyone explain this??? I believe that with no clear definition there can be no common goal or objective met. confused
